“We take people through nail clipping, rough clip and there is a whole series on brushing, combing and bathing and drying”. West said. "We get dogs coming in with big circles out of their coats, or injuries from scissors or the wrong technique and it’s nice to be able to give people a guide to do their own dogs”.
